2- Where do you ship from?
We ship all of our orders out of Montreal, Quebec
3- What is the store currency?
The store currency is in Canadian dollars, when you placed an order, your bank will automatically convert your payment to your country’s currency. You can change the currency at the bottom of the page to view the price in USD
4- Do you give refund?
Due to the nature of our business we do not give any refund but we will gladly exchange the item for any item that is of the same value. Nobody should be stuck with something that they don't want. We want you to be satisfy with your purchase. You need to notify us within 3 days of the confirmation of your the order then wait to get our return authorization (RA) before returning any items. If you returned an item without you RA number, we will not exchange the item.
5- My veil is wrinkled, what should I do?
A few days before the event, hang it in the shower, the steam from the shower should help unwrinkle it. All of our veils come with a hanger. NEVER IRON VEIL! You can also used a hand steamer if you are in a hurry
